How Much Does ADA Compliance Cost?
To make it as easy as possible for you to select the right price package, we have described them below by pages. You may have seen other sites saying ‘small sites up to 5000 pages’, which technically your 5 page site could have, because each URL is counted by the search engines as a ‘page’. Which means every image, post, block or piece of code, plus any links or buttons on your website will count as a page.
But because we know the majority of people coming to us to purchase our accessibility software solution are doing so because they are unfamiliar with website code and structure, it is also likely they won’t know how to find out how many ‘pages’ their site has, other than looking in their wordpress dashboard, or counting the number of pages on their menu!
Don’t Worry!
We don’t want you to stress or worry about having to find that out, so to keep it simple, just use the method above and count the number of pages in your dash or menu to work out your pricing below. And we’re not going to split hairs over it, if it turns out you have a couple more than 5 pages, you will still only pay the Bronze. For example, you might have Home, Blog, About, Contact, Services on your menu, but you also have Terms and Privacy pages that are not, you can still select the Bronze.

If you have watched our demo or had a look through the software installed on our website, you may think it’s a complicated process.
But you don’t have to worry, it’s actually very quick and easy to install on your end. The complicated part stays with us, and we will program a widget to be easily added to your site with some code.
We have 3 price options (shown above), dependant on the size of your website. There are also 2 installation options:
- If you know how to add code yourself, there is nothing more to pay. We will create and program your widget and send you a piece of code to add yourself.
- If you are happy to provide one of our technical team with access to your site, we will install the code for you. If you don’t want to give us access but need help adding code to your site, we can set up a call on the phone, or Skype, where we will talk you through the process step by step. This will cost a one time fee of $75.
Once you have chosen the suitable package and installation options, and made your purchase, we will contact you to confirm styling choices and get to work on your widget.
When we have designed and created your widget to your preferences, we will either email you your code with instructions, login to your site and add the code for you, or book a call to walk you through the process.
As soon as the code is installed on your site, you will see it instantly and be able to test all the amazing features!
If there is anything you need changing after the installation, we can adjust everything from our end, so you just need to tell us.
And that’s it! Your customers can now enjoy a full accessible experience and view all your content.
Plus, we will ping the search engines for you to let them know there has been an update on your site, and once they recrawl, you should start to see your site climbing the rankings.
